General Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Definitions

Weight Consultant: crlifestyle, represented by Caeslent Rijnbeek, a certified Dutch weight consultant specialized in sports.
Client: The person receiving guidance or advice.
Principal: The individual requesting the services.

Article 2: General

Advice is provided online unless otherwise agreed.

Article 3: Basis

The consultant offers personal coaching. Client data is never shared without explicit consent.

Article 4: Cancellations

If you cannot attend the scheduled appointment or online meeting, please notify the consultant as soon as possible.
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
If cancelled within 24 hours or if you don’t show up, the consultant may charge the intake fee.

Article 4.1: Cancellation Handling

As explained during the intake and in the Vida Vitaal program booklet:
Consults are free of charge if you order at least 21 meal replacement products for 7 days (except for program 1350 and 1500). These ensure you receive all necessary nutrients.

If you cancel in time, please suggest a new date and order your products.
If your order includes fewer than 21 products, you’ll receive a warning. If this happens regularly, the intake fee will be charged at your next consult due to unnecessary scheduling.

No products = intake fee charged.
In case of emergencies, please provide a valid reason, reschedule, and place your order of 21 products. If not, the intake fee still applies.

A cancellation is only valid once a new appointment is confirmed and your order is placed.

Article 4.2: Program or Subscription Cancellation

If you decide to stop the program early, no refunds will be given — unless there are serious, unforeseen health issues directly related to our products.

Article 5: Pricing

Before starting, you’ll be informed of the current prices (incl. VAT where applicable).
Prices may be adjusted yearly or if unexpected cost increases occur.

Article 5.1: Subscription Pricing

We work with various subscription formats. The agreement starts from the date of payment and runs for the agreed duration. Subscriptions must be paid in full at the start of each period.

Article 6: Intellectual Property

All documents, plans, and advice remain the intellectual property of the consultant.
They may not be shared, copied, or used without written permission, unless for personal use.

Article 7: Payment

Invoices must be paid by bank transfer within 8 days.
After 30 days, a €5 admin fee may be added.
After 60 days, legal interest and collection costs will be charged.

Article 8: Inability to Perform

The consultant may suspend work due to unforeseen circumstances or illness.
If continuation is permanently impossible, either party may terminate the agreement. No compensation applies.

Article 9: Liability

Guidance is result-oriented but not guaranteed.
The consultant is not liable for health issues arising from following advice, unless due to gross negligence.
Compensation is limited to insured damages and excludes business loss or third-party actions.
If the insurer refuses payout, liability is limited to twice the cost of a single consult.

Article 10: Applicable Law

Dutch law applies.

Article 11: Privacy

All rules of the GDPR (AVG) are followed.
You’ll receive a privacy form during your intake for review and signature.
